How prices work here

Every offer you see was checked by us against the store's own product page, and the date of that check is printed next to the price. We never estimate a price, carry one over from memory, or copy one from another comparison site. If we could not verify a store's current price, that store simply does not appear for that product.

Prices change constantly, so treat the store page as authoritative. Listed prices exclude shipping and taxes, which vary by state and cart.

How products are picked

We cover the products people actually search for and buy in each category: the current models from established brands, plus budget options that hold up. We research specifications from the manufacturer, read widely, and write the pros, cons and verdict ourselves in plain language.

What our verdicts are not

We do not run a physical test lab, and we do not pretend to. Verdicts are careful research summaries, not lab measurements. We do not publish invented star ratings or review counts, and we make no medical claims: a white noise machine masks background noise, it does not cure anything, and you will never read otherwise here.

Ranking, concretely

Within a product page, offers sort by price, cheapest first, always. Within a buying guide, the order is editorial: we name the award each pick earned and explain the reasoning right there. Stores cannot pay for placement, and no brand sees our content before you do.
