Our verdict
Where it wins
- Big 6L tank means most people refill only every day or two
- Quiet enough for bedrooms at up to 30 dB
- Top-fill design is easier to clean than bottom-fill tanks
- Auto mode holds a target humidity without manual adjustment
Where it loses
- Some owners report the humidity readout drifting or app inconsistencies
- Full disassembly for descaling is more involved than simple units
- Continuous mist produces steady background white noise some sleepers notice
The Classic 300S covers the basics well: a big tank, quiet running, and auto humidity control that works without a lot of babysitting. Cleaning and occasional app hiccups are the tradeoffs for what is otherwise a dependable bedroom humidifier.
